Jaime Alonso Gómez

Professor of Management and former Dean of the School School of Business – Univ. of San Diego

Kent has over 35 years of transformational advisory and practitioner experience with large multi-national organizations.  He specializes in SCOR®-based transformations, supply chain strategy & segmentation, supply chain planning, enterprise risk optimization and supply chain visibility. As an APICS certified SCOR master instructor, he has traveled the globe leading workshops, education and transformational programs.

Kent holds a master’s degree in international business from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University.

Dr. Jaime Alonso Gómez has worked for a wide variety of organizations, across five continents, as a scholar, consultant, and executive coach in the areas of strategy, leadership, family business, and executive talent development. Dr. Gómez education includes graduate degrees from Canada, Japan and USA. He obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Managerial Science at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. As an international educator, Dr. Gómez has taught executives from all the Americas, Europe, Africa, Far and Middle East and is a frequent guest speaker around the world. Jaime Alonso has worked for major multinational enterprises as well as for mid-size public and family-owned companies. His areas of interest are: Global Leadership, Strategic Management, Organizational Design/Development, Family Business, and Executive Coaching/Mentoring. Arturo Díaz Manzo

World Leader of Cloud Services and Artificial Intelligence in Technology for Social Impact (Microsoft)

Arturo Díaz Manzo is currently the director of Cloud Services and Artificial Intelligence for Technology for Social Impact, a Microsoft division in charge of supporting humanitarian and non-profit organizations worldwide. He has worked for Microsoft for more than 20 years, working primarily in the areas of sales, marketing and services. His most recent position was director of Cloud Services and Artificial Intelligence for Microsoft Mexico.

Previously, he served as director of the group of specialists in the cloud, leading a team of 53 professionals in charge of contributing to the digital transformation of the main clients in the country; This team was recognized as one of the best performers in Latin America in terms of customer acquisition and technology adoption.

The keys to success in Arturo's career have been the ability to develop, motivate and nurture cross-functional teams, build alliances and engage in productive business partnerships; as well as a very particular approach to systematize solutions and an attitude of constant improvement.

Arturo is Mexican and studied Systems Engineering and Cybernetics at La Salle University; it has innovation and strategy certificates; leadership and management; and technology, operations and value chain management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as well as various accreditations from INSEAD, Kellogg and Wharton

Gül Ege

Senior Director in SAS IoT R&D.

She is the Senior Director in SAS IoT R&D leading the advanced analytical components innovation.  She has BS, MS and PhD degrees in Industrial and System Engineering.  She received her Ph.D. from Industrial and Systems Engineering at NC State University.  She is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina.

 

She has been in SAS Research and Development for 31 years. Over the years, she has worked on financial analysis, financial risk, forecasting and solutions for retail and manufacturing verticals.

  

She has received the SAS CEO Award of Excellence and the NCSU- Industrial and System Engineering Distinguished Alumni award in 2011.

José Marcelo Tam Malaga

Digital transformation Consulting Vicepresident of Softtek

Currently, he is Vice President of Digital Transformation consulting at Softtek, and has 20 years of experience in Business Strategy Consulting, Strategic Planning, Business Transformation, Business Architecture Evolution, Innovation, Purpose-driven, and Exponential Organizations. He is as well, the former Managing Director at KPMG, Neoris and IBM.

He has 8 years of experience as mentor for the evolution of Startups to Scale Ups, such as: Endeavor, Monterrey Digital Innovation hub, and Purpose Evolver. Furthermore, he has 10 years of experience in the educational, and edtech area. Additionally, he has more than 6 years as Director of Technology, Educational Innovation and Digital Transformation in Education. Moreover, he is Professor in Master's Course and Executives for: EGADE Business School, ITAM Mexico and UDEM Monterrey since 2018.

Industrial Engineer as formation at National University of Engineering in Peru, with Master in Business Administration at ESAN Business School in Perú. In 2016, he received a certificate in Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation, from Hasso Platter Institute. In 2020, he obtained certificates from Standford University in Consultant and Coach Exponential Organizations. In 2021, he received Advanced Exponential Innovator, and Mentor Master certificates from OpenExO. In addition, this year 2022, he obtained the Innovation Accounting certificate from Purpose Alliance, Kroma.
